The proposed of project is a meeting point that will inspire the future, offering ideas for the region and the future with the ideas it proposes on an architectural and urban scale, respecting the material and spiritual values of its ideas.An inclusive project is proposed, appropriate to the context, and respectful of its physical and built environment. Care was taken to act with correct and original pursuits in the implementation of sustainability principles. The issue of sustainability has been examined in economic, social, and environmental terms and solutions and suggestions have been developed.In general, the sustainability philosophy of the project is to create a living space that minimizes environmental destruction and pollution protects and supports ecology, uses energy more effectively and efficiently with smart systems, is "energy efficient", and will serve economic and social sustainability. With the sustainable, barrier-free, and ecological design decisions taken throughout the project, it aimed to provide equal conditions for different users, to be self-sufficient, to contribute to economic and social life, and to bring together values and thoughts.
