While making the first approach decisions to the land, the publicity of the main street and the service of the south façade to the housing block was taken into account. The main entrance is given from the busy streets. Access to the co-working space and trade block, which is open to public use, is provided from this main entrance. In order to ensure the privacy and security of the residents, the secondary pedestrian entrance and the parking lot entrance of the land are given from the less busy east side. The residences are located in the south of the land on the east-west axis in order to make maximum use of the sunlight. Landscape work has been done between our public park and the residence in a way that will make the user feel the separation at a minimum level instead of a wall. As a solution to this problem, a recreation area of 4957 m2 was created.
