Horeca 212 Culinary Arts Center is a project that combines private and mixed-use, suitable for the context,innovative, modern architectural lines that are synthesized with different functions. In addition to the technical education-teaching functions, a small-sized "Wine Cellar" is planned in the basement. In addition to its technical aspect with its common workshop and activity areas, it is thought to serve as a social center for the region where it is located.
